Lovely experience. Staff was Uber friendly and even refused a tip after helping with luggages to the room. Place is well laid out and almost perfect! Rooms are huge and comfy and very clean. Would recommend to anyone on a budget. Views at the 7th fl is superb too! Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Right smack in the heart of the walking street! Although carpark is about 200m walk away that's fine!

There is no window to the outside in my room. A bit weird and it smells maybe because of that. Breakfast is good with the view to SunMoonLake.

Quaint small place. Very creative decor and maintained very well We had the best room, Lakeview and a twd $ 1,000 extra. Worth the view Jeff from South Africa spoke english and took good care of us The staff didn't speak English, but we got along fine using Google translate. Cheerful and helpful Room was small with a microscopic balcony, just enough for two chairs but nice Bathroom was half the size of bedroom with a tub. Excellent hot water and toiletries Room was very nice and the entire hotel seems newly renovated Two things par excellence... The breakfast and... the view from our room Hotel is hardly thirty steps from the jetty. Very convenient. Eateries next door and reasonable. 3 stars for this 3 star hotel. The room was spacious, but the interior overall looked a little dated. Maybe once fashionable 20 or so years ago, it now looks a little old and used. Breakfast was okay with nice views over the lake. However, I've had better breakfast elsewhere in Taiwan.

This place was a great stay. Comfy bed, clean, friendly staff (some do speak English), yummy FREE breakfast and incredibly affordable for a high class water front hotel. I also recommend this hotel because it is in the thick of the night markets and you can grab a quick snack if hunger strikes!

Very friendly service. Good breakfast with a great location on Floor 7, “7F”. (The “balcony” units have an internal light shaft. Something different! ) Washing and drying facilities over the road, at the rear of the shop on the right hand side of that immediately opposite. Price per machine is 5 x $100NTD per wash.

Great, clean room with an awesome view of the lake (if you get the right side). Large bathrooms and a nice balcony make for an awesome stay. Breakfast is fine if you're staying for one night, two max. Update: they actually rotate our a few of the dishes at breakfast, makes eating in the morning a little more bareable.

Great hostel! Staff is friendly and can speak English. Room is big and clean. Good view to see the lake from windows. Very close to 伊達邵 pier. Breakfast is definitely a good spot to start a day. Highly recommended to tourists!
