位於羅娜國小旁的小路進去,就可以看到樹下的招牌寫著「屋台小館」。深山裡撫慰人心的好味道,不常點牛肉燴飯的我ㄧ口接一口,蝦仁炒飯是喜歡粒粒分明的人會讚不絕口的,這裡還有熟客外帶半筋半肉的牛肉麵!

有豐富日式料理經驗的老闆風趣和善,在羅娜國小旁的巷子內,很難想像山裡部落內竟能燒的出這樣的好菜,米飯也出奇的好吃,前進玉山的前一晚住在羅娜部落吃的開心,早餐也可預訂喔~不起眼的一家店,卻可以有驚喜~大家可親身體會,應該事先預訂會比較好。

連假裡最驚喜、最美味的一頓飯!感謝張老闆對食材的嚴格挑選,對料理的細節執著,旅日的餐飲資歷,以及做中學、學中做的認真踏實性格,讓每道菜餚都是高級的饗宴~❤️ 事先簡單電話訂了位,原本預想四位朋友簡單吃頓飯,沒想到張老闆準備充足的等著我們到訪:烤鴨肉質軟嫩、梅子醬燒豬腳入口即化、酥炸糖醋黃魚外皮金黃酥脆,肉質依舊鮮甜多汁,功夫了得!娃娃菜清炒蝦仁、鮮脆芥蘭、鍋燒蛤蜊湯⋯調味的剛剛好,完全不會有一般餐廳死鹹或吃完口渴的味素問題,好吃到每一盤都沒有剩菜,完全吃光光?;張老闆還熱情招待了我們自製自釀的馬告泡菜、黃金泡菜、醃梅子、糯米酒⋯私心大推糯米酒,不加糖卻自帶清甜,還有發酵後的微微輕氣泡口感,結帳後每個人都另外加碼外帶張老闆私房自製好料,身心獲得大大的滿足~?❤️ 張老闆的「屋台小館」,隱身在南投信義鄉的山林美味,非常值得納入旅途中轉個彎前往品嚐的好店!食材都是由張老闆每日開車下山親自挑選採購,肉類、海鮮類、蔬菜類都非常非常新鮮,真心推薦給大家~❤️

非常好吃的餐點,而且每樣食材都很新鮮,老闆特別強調每天都要開車道水里補貨,而且連冷凍的食材都不會超過兩天就要用掉,餐點尤其推薦燉豬腳,聽老闆說這道菜讓他從過年到現在沒什麼休息,還沒有拍到照就已經快被掃光了,加上老闆風趣幽默,談吐非常輕鬆悠哉,親切的不在話下,根本就像自家人的感覺,能在山上找到美食真的大推,原來是之前在日本中華餐廳的主廚,雖然用餐環境簡單,但是非常乾淨,尤其是下廚的地方充滿之人精神,連台桌下都是看不到油污堆積,讓消費者吃的安心也飽足感十足,內用桌數有限,如果要來真的要先預約,不然美食當前無法享用會很痛苦!

因為生日的關係到附近的八通關古道爬山渡過, 前一天入住到羅娜部落去,基於比較山上的關係,怕附近沒有什麼吃的,就爬了一下文章,民宿老闆也推了這家,就決定是這裏~~~ 吃飯前和老闆通了電話告知一下等等要過去用餐,一踏進去簡簡單單的桌子擺設,抬頭看滿滿的菜單,當天只有我們一組客人,另一頭是老闆的朋友,老闆花了一些時間介紹料理,這點我覺得蠻可貴的~~點了兩道主餐一盤菜一個湯,兩個人吃超飽!份量也很夠~那種用心是吃的出來的! 吃飯過程中一同聊天分享,親切感百分百~~ 我想,要回歸到這裡開店生活,一定有它的原因吧~~這裡和以往的城市不一樣,多了寧靜與熱情,推薦大家來這邊走走❤️❤️❤️

絕對是深山裡的大驚喜!讓我回家兩天後還是念念不忘~吃過最好吃的糖醋黃魚就是在這裡了!!外酥內軟酸酸甜甜~梅汁豬腳也是打趴台北名店...娃娃菜炒蝦仁也很讚!烤鴨非常的嫩,太用心了!忍不住全部把菜掃光光~私房泡菜跟糯米酒太優秀,下次還要再來吃沒吃過的張神廚私房菜~
