水果醋純釀造，沒有添加加工醋，跟一般的不一樣，不會嗆鼻，喉嚨也不會刺刺的，也比較不傷胃，小孩接受度很高，除了加開水，加氣泡水也很好喝。
做生菜沙拉可當淋醬，醃小黃瓜也很好吃，已經喝N年了，喜歡喝醋的，一定要去品嚐選購。

It removes impurities and adds flavours to the liquor. This kaoliang has an intense floral aroma and taste, and a prominent caramel flavour! So surprising and good! However the owner decided to remove the charcoal in recent production batches (but the charcoal is still used in the production process) I bought a bottle of the earlier production with the charcoal to bring home! ? I opine that the presence of the charcoal in the bottle does make a lot of difference to the taste. They should perhaps consider to reintroduce it.
