★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good 3 star property years back, has gone down badly,,rooms are not clean, Restaurant staff doesn't care a thing, food is cold choose if there is no other place to lodge! Really not worth the money you spent.

I went to spa on the 5th floor and ask the girl in charge how to use locker. She told me i need to insert NT$10, to remove the key. But i have NT$100.00 bill, and she went out of her way to change coins for me. That is excellent service.
Although Room size is average, and upgrade or improvement needed. No Wifi in our rooms and there is in other room. In some rooms, air conditioning not working perfectly.
The hotel have a show at 8pm, local children make aboriginal dance and it was a great effort for there customers service.

The dongpu hot spring is very beautiful place.
I stayed 除夕，初一. Some activities were organized for Chinese new year. (Calligraphy master, aboriginal dance, rice cake making, star watching, morning hiking)I got a great fun.
These activities made my stay memorable.
The service is not sophisticated but all stuffs are kind and friendly.
It is a old hotel, so don’t expect a lot of comfort.. but I really hope that this hotel is keeping up.
It would be great, if :
drinking water machine every floor
Hot water in dining area
can contact by E-mail, Line, messenger etc.
Their newer website is not linked from google map.
