Very nice and relaxing place.. rates are awesome. The only downside is inaccessible and the female receptionist is unfriendly and rude.

A very nice hotel in Dongpu hotspring area. A very large compound with many rooms. Every room comes with a private onsen. A beautiful public onsen is also available. The hotel provides both dinner and breakfast as there is no eating place nearby. The dinner is sumptuous and delicious. Rooms are new clean and very spacious. A very good weekend getaway for the family as they have family rooms as well. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Families with kids... beware. Beautiful location and nice rooms, but for the price (4800) the dinner was very light. I love veggies but only veggies and a bony chicken broth for dinner left us far from satisfied. Also, the desk staff was very disagreeable about my wife visiting the room first. With kids, that is a must. I guess business is so booming they don't need to concern themselves with customer piece of mind. How nice for them. Look elsewhere if you have kids or are a foodie.

A beautiful hot springs hotel surrounded by mountains and nature. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comes with a private hot springs tub. The price includes a delicious round table dinner with all the best local dishes as well as a breakfast buffet. There are many cherry trees around all in bloom. The hotel staff are polite and professional. The price is a bit high. It would have been worth it except it is quite noisy. We could hear the upstairs people walking and running around. We could hear people screaming and yelling. If you are a family with kids who sleep early, this is not the place for you. We even had a random man forget his room and walk right into our room without knocking. When we take a trip to soak in the hot tub, we really want to just be in the quiet and among the beautiful nature. We don’t want to hear all the people noises. We also have two young kids but we do not let them run around screaming and disturbing everyone else. So this is not necessarily an issue of the hotel, but because they have many rooms and many floors, you will have the noise and disturbance.
