但是櫃檯人員不知道為什麼永遠不知變通? 曾經預約看診,前面進度延遲,多等了30分鐘,這是可以理解的,畢竟每一個患者的狀況無法預估。
醫師的技術很好,牙齒的問題很多都是突然間發生,所以現場排隊是正常的流程,但是曾經今天補牙,當天晚上脫落,只好隔天電話聯絡,小姐告知只能在現場掛號排隊,請我早點過去,到現場也把「昨天補牙的樹脂脫落」的狀況據實陳述給櫃檯人員,從下午4:30等到6:30,坐上診療椅,醫師處理不到五分鐘就完成,等待的時間花了120分鐘,心裡縱使有點不快,但仍舊提醒自己要理解醫師的辛苦。
最後一次,小朋友換牙脫落後發現旁邊的牙齒有些許的小蛀牙,一樣事先電話詢問掛號,接聽的人員一樣告知預約全部都滿了,需現場排隊候診,並且告知「下午2點就開始掛號了,早點來掛號」
隔天下午約莫2:15小朋友就前往掛號,現場等待,也有陳述牙齒的情形,開始進入無止境的等待,等到約莫3:30,到櫃檯詢問「請問還有幾個患者之後才輪到我?」對方回答「前面還有2-3個」,小孩又這樣傻坐在診所,直到5點,仍然沒有輪到下午2點半前就來掛號的孩子,再次詢問,才說「前面還有一個,下一個到你」
一樣坐到診療椅到治療好之後,醫師治療到完成前後約莫10分鐘,就這樣在這邊花了180分鐘以上的時間在等待這件事情上面。
我可以接受等,只要在掛號的時候事先提醒,今天患者多,告知大約需要等待的時間,讓患者自己決定要不要等待,但是不能接受這種
請你早點過來,但是卻一點資訊都不透露,讓人像傻子一樣在那邊等了三個小時的無理安排。
再重申一次,醫師的專業跟技術都是無庸置疑,也是一位品德跟態度都讓人尊敬的好醫師,
但是櫃檯人員的排診不透明,對於患者的等待好像當作理所應當,這樣的工作與作業態度,真的配不上醫師的仁術。
本人全家在這家牙醫已經看診7年以上,這是第一次評論,也是最後一次,祝福櫃檯小姐,也希望妳忙碌之餘不要忘記「仁心」兩個字。

The doctor finished the treatment in less than five minutes. The waiting time It took 120 minutes. Even though I felt a little unhappy, I still reminded myself to understand the doctor's hard work.
For the last time, after the child changed his teeth and fell out, he found that the teeth next to him had some small cavities. They also called to ask for registration in advance, and the person who answered told them that the appointments were all full, and they had to wait in line at the scene, and told, "Registration will start at 2pm. Come early to register."
The next day, the children went to register at about 2:15 in the afternoon. They waited at the scene. Some reported their teeth. They began to wait endlessly. When they waited at about 3:30, they went to the counter and asked, "How many more patients will it be my turn?" "The other party replied, "There are 2-3 others ahead." The child sat in the clinic like this again. Until 5 o'clock, there was still no turn for the child who came to register before 2:30 pm. He asked again and said, "There is another one ahead." , Next to you"
After sitting in the medical chair until the treatment is completed, the doctor will take about 10 minutes before and after the treatment is completed, so I spent more than 180 minutes waiting here for this matter.
I can accept to wait, as long as I remind you in advance when you register, there are many patients today, tell them about the waiting time, and let the patients decide whether to wait or not, but this is not acceptable.
Please come here early, but without revealing any information, an unreasonable arrangement that people waited over there for three hours like a fool.
Once again, the doctor’s expertise and skills are undoubtedly a good doctor with respect for his character and attitude.
However, the schedule of the counter staff is not transparent, and the waiting for the patients seems to be taken for granted. Such an attitude of work and work is really not worthy of the doctor's benevolence.
My whole family has been in this dentist for more than 7 years. This is the first comment and the last time. I wish the lady at the counter, and I hope you will not forget the word "benevolence" while you are busy.
