★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內給人感覺明亮乾淨,以往沒接觸過助聽器這方面的資訊，雖是陪友人來檢測和了解助但自己也收獲頗豐。店員也沒有因為非當事人的我一直提問而感到不耐，一再地說明到我們都能了解為止，可以從答覆中感受到其專業，這點讓我們聽到後來覺得很安心!
即使現在有需求的不是我，但將來自己或家中長輩若有需要一定會推薦他們??
The store feels bright and clean. I have never been exposed to information on hearing aids before. Although I accompany friends to test and understand the help, I have also gained a lot. The clerk didn't feel impatient because I kept asking questions from the non-participant, and repeatedly explained that until we all understood, we could feel his professionalism from the answers, which made us feel very relieved after hearing it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家助聽器真的很不錯，我家大姐由於聽力不好，現再說話都有點模糊，然後因為聽朋友介紹說這家品質跟價格都很實在，所以特地帶著大姐來配，選配師很有耐心，教會我們怎麼使用、保養助聽器，還送了我們乾燥盒，這家店服務真的貼心，售後跟我們說有什麼問題都可以來，這裡每天都有人，其實一開始聽朋友介紹時還不太相信，現在真實體驗後，確實是不錯的一家店，很認真站在客人角度著想。
