Great and wonderful outface when first approached the manor

Food was fantastic, the mountains are beautiful, making bamboo lanterns and the short guided tour around the area was interesting, fun and I learnt about an endangered tree. Our cosy two bed, two room (bath and the rest) was well presented. Nice place for an overnight stay.

Very elegant villa near the famous NTU campus, Hsi Toua in Nan Tao county, Taiwan. It is located by the side of a small tributary of Pei Hsin Hsi. Rooms are well managed and have enough parking space for every body. I woke up in my room hearing the sound of the flowing stream right down beside my room. The room price is reasonable which included breakfast.

Wonderful place! Exceeded our expectations! Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Love the private outdoor tub and the public fish foot bathe. The breakfast presentation is nice but taste is just ok.

As much as I would like to recommend the stay to more ppl especially since I can feel and relate how much efforts and hard work the owner has invested in the place I would like to point out some of the critical areas for improvements. The room I have stayed is the quadrual room called Bian Cheng (邊城) - lack of trash bin, only one next to toilet - hygiene: (1)empty used plastic bag under bed board, wasn’t cleaned up before check in; (2) the stairs leading toward the rooms were a bit dusty and brownish (muddy) ( perhaps due to guests that passed by the garden and brought back dusts and mud, yet it would be much appreciated if the resting area can remain all clean); (3) the chairs in the restaurant ( dinning area) was a bit sticky and yellowish ( maybe too old or not wiped for a while) - cleanness: the balcony (outdoor bath tub) was not cleaned or maintained bf checking in, there were quite some leaves fallen everywhere, it is understandable that there would be leaves since it is outdoor area however it should be ensured in a clean state before the guests checking in - design flaw in shower room: the floor design was not tilted/ inclined to the weep hole therefore every time after showering there would be a little pool on the floor - lack of floor towel: the design of connecting indoor+outdoor bath tub plus shower room is making the area very wet after use however there is no thick floor towel/ mat to place on the floor for avoiding slippery - bad design of the shower door and balcony door, the two doors would hit each other since the spinning room is too narrow - little hospitality: the staff at the front desk was only there to confirm identity, hand over room keys and confirm breakfast takeaway time, and nth left, it would be much better if there’s a bit more intro to the stay and the surroundings I believe it does not take much time and it is certainly not a mission impossible which most of the stays from B&B to 5-star hotels would offer Still, the garden is gorgeous and the dinner was well prepared and cooked. The overall vibes were relaxing. I still enjoy the outdoor bath tub quite much and really look forward its advanced improvement!!

Well managed villa. The staffs are friendly. The foods are delicious. Have lots of surprises to see in the area like little stream, ponds, and even the common toilet have artistic design to distinguish male and female. Different rooms have their own design and spacious enough. They have lantern making as extra even during evening for young and adults. Would like to try different rooms on my next visit.
