初嚐一口過往點點滴滴瞬間湧上心頭，讓我想起了阿嬤，雖然她已經不在了。
也感謝60年老店依舊能讓我可以在想念起阿嬤的時候就來吃一碗香菇肉羹。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 國中以前 就會常常去吃肉羹，國中畢業之後來台北工作只要一回南部 一定會去吃他們家的肉羹 ，我已經45幾歲了， 他們的肉羹從以前到現在味道都一樣，每次回鄉來吃就會有以前小時候滿滿的回憶。
I used to eat meat soup often in middle school. After graduating from high school, I came to work in Taipei and as long as I returned to the south, I would definitely eat their meat soup. I am in my 45s. Their meat soup tastes the same from before to now. The next time I come back to my hometown to eat, I will have a lot of memories of my childhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看菜單價目表應該是很久沒漲過價了，雖然是非常親民的價位但用料不手軟，味道不馬虎，赤肉塊裹上薄粉肉質細嫩分量給的超多的。
