以這樣的價格來看 整個火鍋的cp值蠻低的 明明當時後整間店也才7個人 光問要吃什麼肉 要什麼附餐就問了至少三遍 明明沒白飯了也不先告知 叫客人一直等 過程中火的大小也是都要客人一直提醒才會來調 瓦斯爐按鈕的位置很不方便 然後這樣的價錢連一杯水都沒有

這家真的不推不推不推,太雷拉? 1.點招牌精緻火鍋和招牌火鍋各一鍋,問了店員與精緻鍋差別在哪,只跟我說差在海鮮和菇類會多一些,結果連送二次菜盤都是一般招牌,根本沒換,送到後面我說不要換了(因為越換越糟糕?),但好險我們有詢問,要不然白白被坑... 2.原本林森店有附飲料和甜點,自己要主動詢問此店才說我們這家沒有附,餐點折抵10元(說得好像折抵10元很優惠,讓我感覺還差勁,什麼都要主動詢問...) 但我當下很想回覆:所以你們的飲料和甜點只值10元?? 3.要收取10%服務費,但一點都沒有人員服務,請人員幫忙調整火候還要看時機、等他們不忙,而且還會不耐煩;是你們自己把控火處設置在裡面,不讓客人自己弄,真的很聰明,這是一個強迫收費的方法?(最後還看到對桌客人自己站起來伸手越過自己調整) 一家店服務人員很多但都晃來晃去(裝忙?),餐點很油、料也很少,但價格也不合理,服務沒什麼還收取服務費,總之就是超級雷和當下真的很想趕快吃完離開,太令人不舒服的地方了?
