★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯服務人員不專業且服務態度極差，請問沒收到繳費單要來補繳，櫃檯人員說過期無法列印要我怎麼繳？我沒收到電費單怎麼繳費？到臨櫃補繳又不能印？又說要斷我電，我不知道你們是台灣電力公司還是台灣流氓公司，我不知道這是什麼邏輯，重點是離開貴營業處大門還有人跑來嗆聲！這不是流氓公司什麼事流氓公司？最後打電話去客服，客服說可以出單給我繳費，那請問臨櫃服務人員是不是應該全部汰除，保留客服即可，不然沒專業度態度又囂張的人實在是多餘!

The point is that there are people who come to choke after leaving the door of your business office! This is not a rogue company. What is a rogue company? Finally, I called to the customer service, and the customer service said that they can issue an order to pay me. Then, should I ask if all the counter service personnel should be eliminated and the customer service can be retained, otherwise the arrogant and unprofessional people are really superfluous!
