福州意麵只有簡單的油蔥酥跟醬油，
位於東門圓環邊，晚上附近相當好停車，
早上相同的位子是鼎鼎有名的煎粿，
晚上就變成東門福州意麵。
當天只有簡單吃了意麵，
麵條偏軟是寬意麵，
油蔥酥搭配醬油的古早味組合，
口味較為清淡，
或許不是驚艷型的麵店，
但有機會還是會想再吃。
丸子湯超便宜，醬油湯底，
口味都是比較清淡型的，
才15元，共五顆丸子，太佛心了！
