★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帳單地址被擅自修改導致沒收到帳單,因為一直沒有收到帳單覺得很奇怪所以電話詢問才發現地址被更改。經過了解才發現更改地址是由電話或本人親自更改,但本人從未更改過且過去一年都收的到帳單(只有近兩期未收到),想請問該公司是如何處理客戶資料?(令人感到不放心)最後公司回覆:一句「他們也不知道」,這樣的狀況實在令人很不解。
提出給各位使用者留意自家的瓦斯使用度數與帳單金額是否符合,建議使用者要檢視每一期的帳單,另外要保留1-2期的帳單資料,預防需要時可以提出佐證,避免不必要紛爭。
