這裡專賣粉漿蛋餅，蛋餅裡面有包蔥跟肉末，煎餅沒有加蛋，但有包蔥肉，麵粉加蛋就是純蛋餅沒有餡料。
蛋餅的外皮煎得酥脆，不會有軟爛的感覺份量夠大，但以前肉末比較多蔥比較少，現在蔥變很多但肉末變少了。店家的辣椒醬沒什麼辣味，應該是甜辣醬，加著吃更提味。
This store used to be on Chengren Street, but now it’s in the alley, and its business hours have become only weekends.
It specializes in omelet with scallions and minced meat. The pancakes do not have eggs, but there are scallions and meat. The flour and eggs are pure omelets without fillings.
The crust of the omelet is fried crispy without any soft feeling. The portion is big enough, but there used to be more minced meat and less green onions. Now, there are more green onions but less minced meat. The chili sauce in the store is not spicy, it should be sweet chili sauce.
