使用粗絞的溫體豬後腿肉,沒有任何奇怪的豬腥味,酒香、醬香、甘草、桂粉等各種香料層層堆疊起的醃料,使用在來米以及地瓜粉混合的粉漿製作外皮,較屏東肉圓再Q一點點,每一顆都是手工製作,皮薄餡飽滿且入味,簡單蒸過加上特製的蒜蓉甜醬油、南部常見的粉紅醬以及蒜泥、香菜,敢吃辣的話可以加上一匙店家自製的生辣椒醬, 辛辣甜鹹甘香,各種味道結合起來讓人不禁一口接一口,不少阿伯都是一口氣點兩份才吃得過癮。
四神湯料多實在,豬內臟處理得當,柔嫩且容易入口,不少當地長輩光顧,裡頭加了山藥因此湯頭濃郁但口感清爽,喜歡酒香的一定要加點酒帶出那鮮美滋味。
辣椒太好吃了,訊問店家有在外賣,立刻領了一罐,回北部也能細細溫習這滋味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉圓是蒸的,可能因為比較喜歡炸肉圓,覺得這家的肉圓皮有點太軟爛;點了豬肚四神湯,味道不錯,只是覺得整體價格過高(蒸肉圓兩小粒40元、湯一碗60元)
優點是非正餐時間仍有營業可以吃?

割包中規中矩,四神湯很好喝,
晚上六點東西接近賣完,早點來品項比較齊全喔!
