結果吃完，臉麻，胃痛，應該是化學 味精加太多！不舒服！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺這家店是老店，但是目前應該是二代接班，牛肉麵的湯頭不錯，屬於紅燒醬油湯底，但是湯的溫度比較不夠熱，麵體煮的比較生硬，屬於新式煮法，個人比較喜歡麵煮的軟透一點！
牛肉的部分，還算軟硬適中，滷得還算夠味！
I feel that this shop is an old one, but it should be the second generation. The beef noodle soup is good, it belongs to the braised soy sauce soup base, but the temperature of the soup is not hot enough, the noodles are cooked harder, it belongs to the new cooking method, personal comparison I like the noodles to be softer!
The beef part is still moderately soft and hard, and the stewed is still quite flavorful!
