★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冠軍牛肉麵湯頭偏鹹，麵體跟肉質沒有覺得太特別。櫃檯人員態度不➕倒是如其它評價所言⋯????
 The champion beef noodle soup is salty, and the noodles and meat are not too special. The attitude of the counter staff is not as good as other reviews have said...????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.好停車，對面有收費停車場。
2.嘉義知名北方麵食，人潮眾多得排隊。
3.大推木鬚炒餅及鬆餅。
4.座位環境擁擠，桌子並未徹底清潔只是抹布隨意擦過，還感覺的出黏膩。
食物本身出色，但環境實在不佳。
總結以上，給3星評價。

1. Good parking, there is a paid parking lot opposite.
2. Chiayi's famous northern food, there are so many people queuing up.
3. Big push Mushu fried cakes and muffins.
4. The seating environment is crowded, the table is not thoroughly cleaned but the rag was wiped at will, and it felt sticky.
The food itself is excellent, but the environment is really bad.
To sum up the above, give a 3 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酸辣湯的溫度不夠滾燙，調味感覺有酸沒有辣，胡椒味沒有熗出來
蔥油餅的蔥跟麵餅皮不是很均勻，味道有香但也偏油
刀削木須炒麵的麵體夠有嚼勁，雞蛋的淡香味有炒出來，整體來說不錯，份量也很夠
店家的出餐時間偏久
The temperature of the hot and sour soup is not hot enough, the seasoning feels sour but not spicy, and the pepper flavor is not sour
The scallions and the crust of the scallion pancake are not very uniform, the taste is fragrant but also oily
The surface of the knives-cut Mushu fried noodles is chewy enough, and the light fragrance of the eggs is fried. Overall, it is good and the portion is sufficient.
The restaurant's serving time is too long
