★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個禮拜拿鏡片要去換鏡架， 裏面的員工告訴我稍後會回電給我， 我等了一個禮拜， 不見有回應 後來又回撥去詢問 結果裡面的員工還是告訴我還要問一下店長有沒有貨 之後再回覆給我 結果我又等了兩天 員工還是沒有 回電給我 後來有回撥 給店內 得到了答案還是 店長 還沒有 回覆給他， 不知這是什麼 眼鏡行 一點效率都沒有 不知道是我們只是單純換鏡架沒有太多的利潤， 之前去配眼鏡 效率倒是很好 但是商品配好之後 並沒有確認清楚 而且也有瑕疵 但因為 工作繁忙並沒有時間過去更換， 考卷沒有品牌的眼鏡行實在是不太可以信任。

The store manager responded to me after the goods were available. As a result, I waited two more days. The employee did n’t call me back. Then I got a call back from the store to get the answer. The store manager did n’t reply to him. No, I do n’t know. It ’s just that we just change the frames without much profit. The efficiency of matching glasses before was very good. However, after the goods were matched, they were not confirmed clearly and there were defects. But because of the busy work, there was no time to replace them. The glasses industry is really not trustworthy.
