★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆的鱔魚炒的QQ脆脆的，非常厲害！是在台中吃不到的口感，還有那鍋湯裡面竟然有甘蔗，喝起來甘甜爽口，一碗接一碗，與鱔魚麵搭配，簡直是畫龍點睛。

錦魯鱔魚麵味道還不錯，但有吃到些硬的碎屑⋯？所以感受有點不好
柴魚湯就普通順口
不過嘉義的鱔魚麵跟台南是不一樣款的哦
嘉義的多是油麵不是意麵，且口味偏鹹
是可以吃吃看的店～
