這間是目前最喜歡的蟳糕? 比起前面兩家,北興老牌的多了一個鹹鹹的口感,可以吃掉整盤的那種! 來南部生活才知道有一種米血是 #地瓜米血 ,中山路那間的也是,對我這個外地人來說口感是滿特別的? 不過比起其他兩家,北興老牌魯熟肉我覺得價位比較高,想要都吃的話就需要傷有點荷包

以台南人的標準來說 及格了 每樣材料都做的很用心 第一次嚐到包地瓜的米血 甜甜淡淡的口感 不錯 糯米腸的花生多而紮實 腸皮挺香的 值得再訪的店

除了蒸煮的切料之外也有肉捲、甜不辣等炸物,相較於西市、東市、黑人,這裡的蒸煮料口味非常清淡,若不沾醬幾乎是食物原味,口感都有忠實保留。 三色蛋非常好吃有各種蛋的香氣,炸肉捲內餡頗油膩。 最大的好處是不用排隊。
