快炒鍋氣很香 螺肉吃起來口感很脆,加大辣,加了大把九層塔 味道提升到另一個層次。整體口味好好吃。

螺肉嚐起來很Q彈,搭上超多的九層塔非常好吃,下次試試看中辣可能才夠味,再搭上啤酒太完美了?

真的是等東山鴨頭順便來吃一下,剛好平常也都有在吃,整體來說偶爾幾顆會沙沙的,螺肉很脆口量也算多,但個頭都偏小,鍋氣少了點,底下微油但可接受,九層塔很多有香氣,味噌醬挺特別的但有點油?味道是微酸甜味明顯,雖然不是心中第一,但還算是不錯。

我從小就非常喜歡熱炒店的炒螺肉,在我的認知是這食物原型,應該偏向是燒酒螺、鳳螺那種,殊不知居然是『非洲大蝸牛』,我小時候在鄉下外公外婆家經常看到的蝸牛居然是這道料理,我自己知道在吃蝸牛時,是有點意外,但還是照吃了,口嫌體正直。 點餐先選:小份100元、大份150元。(照片是大份的) 再選辣度調整:微辣、小辣、中辣、大辣 上菜速度:很快(預計3分鐘左右) 香氣:有著濃濃的九層塔香 口感:非常脆嫩可口,會一直發出喀擦喀擦聲音。 醬料:酸甜的滋味,但不知道是什麼醬。 即使怕辣的人我都建議一定要微辣、小辣,搭配啤酒是非常涮嘴的料理,有一丁點油膩,啤酒喝下去就會解膩,我覺得可以給這炒螺肉老店機會嘗試看看這種野味也不錯唷!?

在嘉義文化路夜市的巷子轉角,沒有夜市攤販顯目耀眼的招牌,只有一塊紅底白字的招牌,寫著”生炒螺肉”,一旁擺著幾張紅色桌子,生意很好,外帶跟內用的人絡繹不絕,沒有顯目的招牌,位置真的好找。 只有賣一種,就是”生炒螺肉”,辣度有五種選擇,從無辣到大辣,喜歡辣的人一定暫不,還有酒精及非酒精飲品可選,沒有騎車、開車的朋友,生炒螺肉配上啤酒絕對是夏天一大爽事。 一盤150元的螺肉挺大盤的,螺肉的口感是軟脆適中,辣度點的小辣,喜歡有點辣味的人會愛,搭配的醬汁不知道是什麼,甜甜的帶點蒜味為主調性,是少見的螺肉沾醬口味,配著九層塔吃更是香味四溢。

Very authentic Taiwanese dish, especially in 熱炒店. Highly recommend if you’d like to have some Taiwanese experience. P.s. a bottle of beer is nice along with this dish.
