★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還真的店員口氣很差；早上6點多買杯大溫拿鐵沒溫的就算了。劉@@男店員口氣也不大耐煩：我們只有熱的或冰的..........拜託你們學習一下7-11店員服務態度吧！
It ’s really bad for the clerk; it ’s okay to buy more than 6 o’clock latte without warming up at 6 am. Liu @@ 男 店员 is not impatient either: we only have hot or ice ... please ask you to learn the 7-11 shop assistant attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天下午去存款時...夾了一張聚北海道禮券跟中獎的統一發票在ATM上，超感謝撿到的好心人，也超感謝午晚班長髮的女店員還特別打電話通知我...真的太幸運了...失而復得，果然是很吉祥的店阿！
Yesterday afternoon when I went to make a deposit... I clipped a Hokkaido gift voucher and the winning uniform invoice on the ATM. I am very grateful to the kind people who found it, and also to the female clerk who sent me a special call to inform me.. .I’m so lucky...I lost it and found it, it really is a very lucky shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在的全家店員都不需要穿著制服了嗎？凌晨到貴店購買單品拿鐵，大夜班店員卻製作了經典拿鐵笑著說經典拿鐵也很好喝，是對咖啡豆的瞭解有多少？怎麼能輕易幫我決定我要喝的品項？重點我都已經說我要的是什麼了！反應過後問我單品要哪一個產地的咖啡豆，我回答完才說咖啡機沒洗⋯所以是在浪費我的時間嗎？？ 雖然說超商不完全是服務業但態度也沒必要這樣吧一點基本的禮貌跟工作態度都沒有==
