實在很幸運，吃得好滿足。肉骨酥麵湯頭清爽古早味，細麵看似黃麵卻不是，軟硬適中是我喜歡的麵條，滷味點豬肚與豬舌也都很有味道，看豬腳也很誘人，只是怕夜深不應該吃太多，只好留到下次再點。
綜合而言，這家好吃，好吃在單純，聽老闆說為什麼叫金門滷肉飯呢？因為老闆是八二三炮戰時搬到嘉義這裡，從那時候賣滷肉飯賣到現在，簡單的料理做幾十年，看這麼多來客的支持，就知道這是不簡單的的事。

All in all, this restaurant is delicious and simple. I heard from the boss why it is called Kinmen Braised Pork Rice? Because the boss moved here in Chiayi during the 823rd Artillery War. Since then, he has been selling braised pork rice and selling it to the present. He has been cooking simple dishes for decades. Seeing the support of so many visitors, he knows that this is not an easy task. .
