上面的檸檬醬和海綿蛋糕 咬下去 有脆脆的感覺（冰過更好吃）海綿蛋糕是古早味的蛋糕！很香～
還有杏仁小糕點 好吃又熱量低～
很值得推薦的伴手禮！五顆星！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 招牌的「雪花餅」其實就是大顆牛粒aka台式馬卡龍，南馨做了檸檬跟鳳梨的口味，重點是吃得到原物料的味道，完全不人工香精，而且價位親切（單顆$15；禮盒$270）非常值得一試。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南下嘉義談生意回程買了當地的伴手禮，什麼都想嚐點看看因此買了綜合禮盒，有雪花酥，檸檬餅，另外再買了頗負盛名的羊羹，先說說這雪花餅，儼然就如台式馬卡龍，差別就在一個有酥脆外皮，雪花餅是綿密口感有著不同風味的香甜內餡，而檸檬餅入口不死甜且保留著傳統古早口味，羊羹則是食感厚實用料實在，甜度適中與茶飲或咖啡都超搭

羊羹有紅豆跟抹茶口味，很耐吃的味道！
綜合方塊酥有10種口味，很酥，甜的口味都不會太甜，鹹的口味也是好吃。
雪花餅真的是大牛粒的口感，但是真的不會太甜，一瞬間一顆就吃完了?
重點是……老闆人超親切的，超推薦

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然說檸檬餅和雪花餅好像才是本店主打的招牌（好像也是比較多人推薦的?），但個人覺得這兩者的味道稍微有點太過清淡，味覺記憶點有點偏弱。
我反而最喜歡的是他們的方塊酥，可以輕易的折成小小塊方便入口的設計很貼心，入口後濃郁香酥的味道和口感讓人不自覺就吃掉一包了！很適合配茶當下午茶??
而且口味超多種，會讓人想把所有口味都買一包來試試看。
阿里山饅頭，個人覺得就是正常表現，不會讓人有很驚艷眼睛為之一亮的感覺。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can tell this is a serious bakery as soon as i walked in. With the shop owner following my each move i didn't want to spend too much time browsing, not that it has many selections anyway, less than 6 i gather. I finished 2 before i realized that i haven't taken picture, hence the empty wrap. The signature snow flower cake is pretty ordinary to my taste, but the lemon cake was good.
