真是有夠爛的保險公司

Mr. Wu is an agent and is not to be trusted.
He is a liar. He is a stonewaller. He makes excuses. He is a deceiver.
This company has taken advantage of me.
They have low-balled a settlement amount and the amount magically went up when I asked to speak with his supervisor, yet the amount is not satisfactory according to the documents I have.
Stay away from doing business with this company!
