★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟印象中的粉漿蛋餅有點不同
實際吃起來是有點蓬鬆的口感
另外 部分口味可能已經是提前煎好裝盒
打開都已濕軟 並沒有其他人說的酥脆外皮
肉片蛋餅不是原肉片 而是漢堡排組合肉
油蔥粿真材實料還不錯
可是也是預先煎好裝盒悶軟
大家稱讚的脆皮 我通通都沒吃到?
雖然能理解預作可能是為了出餐速度
卻也因為這樣犧牲了品質
又也許是我期望太高 導致失望更大
專程一早出發車子開了一個多小時
結果卻沒有想像的驚艷⋯

因為是傳統的粉漿蛋餅現做；
因為表皮酥脆，咬下發出喀喀聲響；
因為有厚度，還有蔥花香，滿滿的蛋，
所以，假日來上一塊是享受。
我都吃原味口味蛋餅，
不想被其他食材干擾我對粉漿蛋餅的享受
I love this handmade omelette so much ?
Because it is a traditional omelette made fresh;
Because the skin is crispy, there is a clicking sound when you bite down;
Because of the thickness, and the fragrance of green onion, full of eggs,
Therefore, the holiday comes to a piece to enjoy.
I eat the original flavored omelette,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅用油超多，吃完到晚餐時間胃都還是油（午餐沒吃，完全引發胃食道逆流），建議飲食清淡或有腸胃問題的不要嘗試。點了吐司回家吃卻有異物，2/3個直接餵垃圾桶。第一次也不會有下次來買，阿姨服務很好，2顆星是給阿姨的服務熱忱，櫃檯收錢的臉臭幾點我也不懂。嗯，店家不差我一位客人，也好在我沒拉肚子^_^
The omelette uses a lot of oil, and the stomach is still oily after eating until dinner time (no lunch, completely causing gastroesophageal reflux). It is recommended not to try it if you have a light diet or have gastrointestinal problems. I ordered toast and came home to eat, but there was a foreign body, and 2/3 of the toast was directly fed into the trash can. It's the first time and I won't buy it next time. The aunt's service is very good. The 2 stars are for the aunt's service enthusiasm. I don't know how bad the counter's face is. Well, the store does not miss me as a customer, and fortunately I don't have diarrhea ^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditionally prepared Taiwanese breakfast. Basically a watery flour paste woth green onion pan fried with egg. They are different fillings to go for, tuna, beacon to name a couple. The shop uses freshly mixed paste rather than factory cooked ones.
