我是來自雲林61年次今已50歲，
目前居住北部
在小時候大約10歲的時候因為有癲癇症狀，
當時要不是因為遇到懷恩醫院的醫生不知道現在會是什麼狀況，
在這裡治療經長期服藥大約3年後痊癒，
也讓我功課一直都是名列前茅
雖然因為擔心升學壓力過大影響腦部
沒能在學業爭取好的學歷
當時爸爸常不厭其煩的騎著機車
從雲林路途遙遠的帶著我回診
雖然多次希望能親自拜訪感謝卻一直沒有成行
希望透過這表達感謝您的治療！
