因為手機充電孔故障送過去新生店老闆說更換1800元,就這樣跑了跑了7~8趟。
過程中更換好充電孔後開始自動開關機、話筒故障,當天就跑了4趟,老闆跟我說*將就*一下等明天工程師12:00過後來在送過去(3~5分鐘就自動開關機,話筒也故障)這要怎將就,我是去換充電孔的也是去維修手機的要將就什麼我不懂(當天第四趟手機就留在那了)。
第二天下午來電跟我說手機好了可以去拿,離開不到20分又送回去問題一樣沒有解決,當天就跑兩趟了(過程都沒有說什麼原因)。
第三天下午又來電叫我拿手機(立馬買12過去備份)過去備份,到店跟我說是手機板壞了要跟我換(手機在拆開裝態下是正常的*店員告知的*)那我就質問拆開是正常那為什麼是主機板的問題呢?我:是不是在拆的過程去折到或拉到排線才這樣,店員就口氣不好說那你就說我們拆壞了是嗎?要我等老闆回去要跟我說過程中吱吱嗚嗚的也不太敢說收我手機的人是老闆還是工程師還是店長,我等一下子等不到就說我要走了看你們怎樣在打給我(沒打)
下午6點多在過去店立馬拿給我告知修好了沒問題了,我反問是什麼原因造成的,也不說也不回,全程都說好了沒問題了。
