中午11點訂了三個便當, 有跟店家告知12點是公司規定的吃飯時間, 店家說要趕看看,說12:10分會送, 我跟店家說好,到了12:10分便當都還沒送來, 我打第一通電話給店家,店家說已經送出去, 講完就匆匆掛斷電話,又等了10分鐘, 便當依然還沒送來,打第二通電話給店家, 店家說現在已經要送來了, 請問你12:10跟我說已經送出去了, 過了10分鐘後才送來? 拖到別人的吃飯時間這樣對嘛? 送來的便當湯汁都溢出來, 飯跟肉都是冷的,便當是做好多久被放在那裡? 如果不是要給評價,我連一顆星都不會給你。

便當價格算是OK,菜也給的多,不過飯好像有點少,男生會餓,我記得好像可以跟老闆娘說飯要多一點?…哈哈。非常推薦這一家!

不懂這種店怎麼能生存,大概只能靠外送騙一次客人,然後再也不會光顧,評價不到三顆星店真的不是開玩笑的優秀。大家小心,五分鐘的車程收到冷冰冰的便當,打去投訴後只想裝死推託還一直狡辯說是外送員的錯,拖了半小時勉強再送一個來,後來不停的被電話騷擾要人改評價,如果剛開始好好做怎麼會有問題。再打來騷擾就報警。2.7的評價不是威脅別人改一個評價就能扭轉的,不改善不自我檢討,你們的評價只會越來越低而已。

要不是google一定要給一分,我一分都不給⋯一分就給妳所謂的「有誠意熱過菜再送一份」 便當本該就是熱的,什麼叫四五點都煮好不會是隔夜,我是說整顆便當冷到像隔夜⋯ 炸雞是冷的就算了,但連飯都是冷的就很誇張,還是你今天改開壽司店?相信可以做的很好⋯ 騙我們沒用過UBER買過便當?15分後的便當馬上可以全冷,那其他便當業者怎麼做生意? 也不用再打電話或你所謂的傳簡訊來解釋,請我撤銷評價,因為我根本還沒上傳,這就是個很不美好的消費經驗,再死纏爛打也不會改變,謝謝不用連絡、也不會再消費,你們不用再去挽回我這個過客,自己好好想想什麼是合理的便當該有的型態再去服務下位消費者。
