★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超強傳統氣味鑊氣快炒,不論炒飯炒麵炒米粉湯麵湯米粉都是中華鍋大火快炒燒煮,鹹香滋味分外不同,不敢說獨一無二,但絕對算是獨樹一幟。
「但是」,但是老客人真的太多要排太久,三十分鐘只是基本開始而已,不只一次等到放棄走人。
老司傅凋零,目前只剩兩位阿嬤掌鍋在炒,速度飛快,但還是窮於應付慕名而來的顧客。(沒有電話預訂這回事,現場拿號碼牌排隊)
旁邊還有一家「義教小炒」評價也不差,至少排隊不會那麼恐怖,無法現場排隊的朋友可以考慮。
