水煮豬腳處理的很好沒什麼腥味，內臟也是，小菜的處理的很乾淨，整體cp值很高

嘉義的滷熟肉就是黑白切，不過主要都是豬內臟。可能太晚到，所以剩下的不多，點了第一次吃的蟳糕，豬頭皮跟腸子，還有豬血湯。
蟳糕沒有想像好吃，不過腸子跟豬頭皮都不錯，豬血湯的豬血量很多。
價位都不會很高滷魯熟肉真得不錯，下次早點去可能選擇比較多。
