★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a professionally managed building. The security guards are diligent and friendly, except for one. There are apartments and suites for rent or sale. Parking spots can be purchased in the B1 floor. Mail is accurately delivered most of the time, although it sometimes it's not delivered correctly. The security charge is a bit high, since the guards now do not work from evening 11:30 to about 8 am.
