S	Sharon Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here on almost every trip to Chiayi. The owner is a lovely lady, and her staff and the 豆花 are amazing. I highly prefer getting their ginger syrup mixed with soy milk, unless you can tolerate the strong spiciness of the ginger. In the summertime, make sure you get the iced syrup on top of your dessert. The dessert is fresh and not overly sweet.

At first I got confused on how to order because they have so many options like what kind of "soup" you want the tofuhua with: soy milk or red bean soup or sugary. Then what kind of toppings: plain, peanuts, lemon, etc. Not finished yet! How sweet, hot/cold, etc. They have English menu but the selection options are not as many as the Chinese version. Or just point at a picture like me :)

I saw her helping others with such a friendly attitude going above and beyond, definitely made the experience here really great. The Beancurd is really good and silky, and we decided to try something different this time with the Black sesame. Defintely tastes a lot better than it looks! Edit: Came here again the next day for a different flavor, this time with wolf Berry base! Didn't disappoint once again! 85NT for this.
K	Kuoloon Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delicious soy bean curd. Silky soft and not too sweet (there’s an option for less sugar). Add on boba, tapioca balls and taro paste. Get the slushee (冰沙) if available. The soy ice cream is also very good. Very reasonably priced.
