★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘉義市區許多店家都是用松涼的冰塊，但是每到夏天旺季因為冰塊消耗較快而打電話追加時，至少都要等1小時以上才有冰塊，已經忍耐多次，今天因為完全沒有冰塊做生意，從快要沒有時催了兩次，過了一小時又40分依舊沒有冰塊，最後只好在人手不足的情況下老闆親自騎機車去載一包回來，後來再打電話去時便無法接通，讓人感覺服務非常差，難道是因為在嘉義市場一家獨大，就可以不顧客戶需求，反正少一家店也沒什麼損失嗎？
