用炭火乾炒的鱔魚搭配不同於台南的意麵,而是使用乾麵,若說台南吃甜勾芡,那這家就是吃乾炒香氣跟師傅火控力,尤其因為炭火並不好掌握,炒的是否入味就相當考驗功夫,還能吃到些微焦的洋蔥,使得整體炭香之外還能有些焦糖化的洋蔥甜,另外附贈的柴魚蘿蔔湯也非常搭,可以喝到柴魚的香氣和蘿蔔的鮮甜。目前由於疫情,只提供外帶,老闆見我是個外地客,還把提供我一個紙碗方便帶回裝湯,另外也讓我拍攝他的炭火爐,是個很棒的老闆!

鱔糊和炒鱔魚酸甜剛好、小辣又開胃(還附了香濃的柴魚高湯);青蛙湯肉質好吃,湯頭也清!店面雖然很小,但是很有小吃的感覺~
