有四組四人座位、一組兩人座位，空間不大
餐具、調味料都擺在矮櫃上，自取
▸菜單上的辣度有輕輕辣、輕辣、中辣、重辣，但發現右上角的文字介紹有說還有「輕輕辣 1/2」
當然一點點辣都受不了的人客也可以完全放心，菜單也有完全不辣系列的餐點可以選擇
大王麻辣乾麵也是少數見過會因辣度而定價不同的餐廳
▸蒜香抄手
內容：九顆抄手、小白菜、蒜酥、蔥花
就是不辣版的抄手，其他有加辣的抄手也是會有蒜酥的
抄手(餛飩)個頭略比貢丸小一點，形狀成圓渾的橢圓形
小份就有九顆抄手，我覺得還算蠻平價的
之前只遇過會在抄手上加白芝麻粒或花生粉的，還第一次見到加炸蒜酥
不過炸蒜酥並沒有很濃厚的蒜味，與其說添香，覺得增添口感的效果比較多
餛飩皮的比例不多，肉餡不多也不算扎實，看的到也吃的到不少細小的肥肉塊
▸雞絲乾麵 (中辣)
內容：麵條、小白菜、雞絲、蔥花、蒜酥、辣油
雞絲是取用水煮雞胸肉，是還有點厚度、寬度的雞肉絲
不到多汁軟嫩、但也不乾澀，單吃依舊好吃
麵條只有一款，算是粗圓麵
熟度剛剛好，不會軟爛但也沒有保留太多咬勁
麵條中也加入非常多的蒜酥，一樣...沒什麼蒜味
重點「中辣」...吃了兩口就請老闆打包了
充滿狠勁的辣，辣得嘴唇、舌下都發燙，持續將近十幾分鐘才慢慢褪去
不過香氣倒普通，麻感也低，就是辣得單純，祛寒效果很好

初見樸實無華 香氣隱約 入口餛飩皮與肉餡都配合的恰如其分
我選微辣 辣度剛好 加些烏醋
