滷肉飯是嘉義比較少的肥肉滷肉 滷肉飯真的一定要用肥肉才叫滷肉飯 嘉義別的都在都幾乎全都用瘦肉 吃的超級不習慣的
滷肉飯吃起來完全不會膩 但也沒什麼膠質感 飯偏硬 整體來說不錯吃 希望有再更大碗的選項
滷排骨很軟 但個人不是非常喜歡吃起來有黑胡椒味道的排骨 所以不是很喜歡
綜合湯料很多推薦點來喝
煎鵝蛋就普普
整體還算是一間便宜不雷的小吃店
如果下次來的話會點滷肉飯跟綜合湯而已
Small portion
Braised pork rice is the less fatty pork in Chiayi. Braised pork rice really requires fat to be called braised pork rice. In Chiayi, almost all of them use lean meat. I’m not used to it.
The braised pork rice is not greasy at all, but it has no gel texture. The rice is hard. Overall it is good. I hope there is a bigger bowl
The braised ribs are very soft, but I don’t really like the black pepper-flavored ribs, so I don’t like it very much.
There are many recommended points for the comprehensive soup
Fried Goose Eggs Just Pop
Overall it is a cheap snack bar
If I come next time, I will just order braised pork rice and comprehensive soup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價格便宜，餐點簡單卻不失美味，位於巷弄內的在地熱門小吃。
滷肉飯屬於肥肉、肉塊、偏甜的類型，滷的很入味，入口即化，因此不會太過膩口。
滷蛋滷的非常入味，口感已經快像鐵蛋一樣，蛋白非常有咬勁，蛋黃非常香，非常下飯。
筍乾排骨湯略鹹，整碗滿滿都是筍片與筍絲，因此整碗湯都會有滷筍乾的酸味，排骨只有一小塊，但煮的十分軟嫩，入口即化。
