自助區的湯很好喝,麵包好吃。 但一份$680澳洲M9和牛,吃起來沒有油脂,很薄真的很薄(容易全熟沒口感)其他低價位的牛排反而比較好。這款還是店裡極推的,我們還點了二份真的很失望!

首次嚐鮮,總評:尚有很大進步空間,不推。 ?點餐?餐點解說專業度尚可,還是有推銷味,便宜的餐點直接跳過,在敘述牛肉口感的部份,善用話術引導顧客選擇很明顯。人員告知有菜單上沒有的隱藏版牛小排,但詢問盎司數時卻不知道,還是特別跑去問,問回來是7盎司590元(但結帳時是8盎司580元,價格變便宜,盎司數變高,但對餐點基本知能不足)。對此,點餐人員告知「很推薦」,第一次到訪,推薦顧客品嚐「隱藏版」,但卻很不OK,薄、乾,極度不推,隱藏版的含義是好吃到只有饕客知道,還是難吃到不適合擺在菜單上? ?自助區?飲料同一般牛排店;湯品有牛肉蕃茄羅宋湯、巧達玉米濃湯。兩者味道都很不錯,但巧達濃湯內撈出…?後來整鍋端走,嗯哼。 ?套餐?有分A、B餐,兩者差在有沒有「前菜」,前菜也有隱藏版的,蛤蜊蠻不錯的??但要另加39元,覺得還行。其中,還有酥皮濃湯,很不錯??就是免費濃湯上面蓋一塊酥皮而已。沙拉?則有日式和風跟凱薩醬兩種,前者濃濃芥末味,後者味道尚可,蘿美生菜量不多,些許麵包丁、蕃茄點綴。飯後甜點,菜單寫二選一,但事實上根本只有一種甜點,意即「別無選擇」。 ?主餐? ❶隱藏版-無骨牛小排:極度不推薦,肉薄可以接受,畢竟是以重量為準,但既然肉有薄厚之分,烹調方面時間、溫度掌控,應須更準確、專業,才不至於讓肉偏乾。再者,瓷盤溫度不足,肉是冷的,整個非常不OK! ❷雙倍無骨肩小排:推薦此餐點,以鐵盤承裝,五分熟OK! ??‍?服務??‍♀️ ❶餐盤收的很快,維持顧客桌面整潔是好事,但動作不夠輕巧,感覺只是一心想收空盤,很急忙。 ❷當送餐人員,將托盤上的點心翻倒打破時,是否其他同仁應予以協助。且店內空間不大,聲響很大,與其閒置站在那,稍微向其他顧客致歉,會比較好。 ❸頻頻上錯餐,甚至當下還無法立即判別餐盤裡是什麼肉,上餐又收回,又再次上餐,再次收回?一來一往的,到底哪個才是正確的餐?甚至都懷疑,兩個人用餐,卻一直送錯餐,到底是不是吃錯?很不OK 這不是結帳時,服務人員口中跟我們說的「插曲」,這是是專業度不足。外場服務人員,對餐點沒有辨識度,且應瞭解餐點相關的製作、重量、肉質等,而不是只知道背下來,然後再背書給顧客聽,面對顧客所提出的問題,因超過公司提供的教材,一問三不知。
