Rooms without ventilation, mine smelled musty. Mgmt declined to let us in just 45 minutes before their 3pm check in time. When we had 1 room more than we needed they gladly took it back - without credit. There has to be better.

Very good location, near to show time cinema, the song of the forest, taiwan tile museum, hinoke village and culture night market. With reasonalbe price. the design of the room is very fashionalbe, clean, and comfortable. A very good hotel when stay in Chiayi.

真的爛！態度極差！進出沒人鳥你！隔音極差！The WORST EVER!! It’s a cheap price and we are ok with what we get for that price, however we can’t accept the horrible attitude! Three staffs at the counter No one welcomed or even care about us AT ALL, do not speak English, my husband couldn’t communicate with him, I speak mandarin but he just care about if we need housekeeping for the three days we stay.. I was like why you need to confirm now I’ll put the sign up when we need it in the morning, somehow he wants us to inform the counter before 11am.. what’s the point to have that sign then?! Then we were asked to pay straight away for the three night which my husband thinks it’s very odd, we are happy they take the credit card preauthorised but they insist we have to pay, even the manager over there phone couldn’t understand my husband, we both work for international hotel we know how it normally works, ok they have their way, after we paid, that man just gave us all the papers and room card without SAYING A WORD! You have to figure everything out yourself! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL! VERY NOISEY! No sound-proofing insulation, got waken up very early!

So lucky am I to book a special cheap price staying one night with my family from Agoda website. In the beginning I still worry the quality but whether it is room space, cleanliness or decoration, it is definitely worthy of recommendation. Walking 10 ~15 min can arrive to the well-known night market to taste the local gourmet. It’s really convenient for tourists without driving car.

Got a very good deal on Agoda, so was suspicious. Must say it exceeded our expectations! Great location, big rooms and a friendly breakfast service with real fresh coffee... OK, no check in before 3pm and parking 2 blocks away.. But for the price we are not complaining

The rooms are big and nice and the location is great. That's the only good things you can say about this place. This hotel does not understand what hospitality means. We arrived early to see if we get an early check in they said no. Fair enough. We asked if we could park early. They said no. Even though they're parking lot was empty they did not allow us to park inside of it. They were not welcoming at all. They have five parking spots for 100 rooms. I've never felt so uninvited to a hotel in my life. If they fired all their staff and got new people I would give this hotel a good rating. But a hotel is more than just the bed you sleep on. Disappointed incredibly in such poor customer service.

The lady reception that handle parking a very very rude . When people asked about parking , she raised her voice and show the worst service in whole Taiwan . Middle age staff ..if she not happy to work then find a work that does not deal with customers....Customer does not pay to see her rudeness..and ugly side ...too bad for the hotel ..Mgmt should do something ..
