牛肉使用的是本土牛，吃起來香嫩有嚼勁；湯頭十分鮮甜，外觀上除了牛肉釋出的肌紅蛋白之外，整個基底相當乾淨清澈，比較特別的是雖然店家說湯頭是大骨跟牛肉熬煮的，但入口卻有股香菇的味道；整體還不錯。
?Beef Soup
The beef is made from local beef, which is tender and chewy; the soup is very sweet and the whole base is quite clean and clear except for the myoglobin released by the beef. It was boiled with beef, but there was a taste of shiitake mushrooms in the mouth; overall not bad.
