牛肉湯包跟燒賣不是
鮮肉湯包吃起來口感很不錯
不是爆汁型的 但也是有湯汁
而且不會有肉味（很那種吃久了會膩）
胡椒味比較重
下次會再來?

位於嘉義市民生南路上的湯包店
另有販售燒賣,麵類,滷肉飯,各類湯品
店內位置不多,也沒什麼裝潢,相當純樸
店內的湯包有兩款,牛肉及豬肉的
只有鮮肉湯包的部分是店家手工包制而成
上方皺摺的部分稍厚,內陷的量給的量中規中矩
一口咬下其實不太會爆汁,只有些許肉汁流出?
湯包本身的味道其實相當足夠,有淡淡胡椒味,直接單吃也不賴
另外搭配上店家附上的醬油及薑絲,能夠有更多層次味蕾的享受
整體來說算是還不錯吃的湯包,偶爾會再訪

湯餃一共有六顆，皮偏厚，內餡料還蠻足的，可以很明顯的吃到肉。
酸辣湯真的很酸，很少吃到那麼酸的酸辣湯了，嗜酸的人可以吃吃看。只是我沒有吃那麼酸所以給四顆星。
下次會想點鮮肉湯包。
