★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診至貴診所打疫苗，醫師和注射護理師都很親切，唯獨一位櫃檯小姐態度極差，沒職業道德可言。疫苗名稱蓋錯塗改還很理所當然，因紙本錯誤更換很麻煩所以再次跟櫃台小姐確認電腦建檔資料，櫃檯小姐撇了一眼回說很在意就再重蓋一張給我，重點是我第一劑不是在貴診所施打，為何要病患承擔你們錯誤，建議診所用人需謹慎
