嘉義在地超過24年最老字號的鐵板燒餐廳,沒有一般傳統充滿油煙痕跡的感覺,將台式、法式、泰式等多國料理技法融入,主打創意異國料理鐵板燒;由於主廚厲害廚藝,再加上新鮮食材的堅持及選擇下,餐食的質感也比一般鐵板燒講究。店內有許多Hello Kitty的玩偶,都是老闆娘的收藏品,也因此成為餐廳的招牌裝潢;下回來嘉時不妨細細品嚐,享受大大飽足!。

雖然經過這家店很多次,從沒注意這是一家鐵板燒。外表晃一看,會以為是家飾店。走進店里,五彩繽紛的玩偶,搭配鐵板燒的料理台,不是說奇怪但就是有種衝突的奇妙感。可能是老闆想給客人的驚喜吧。我想這家店的口味,蠻值得推薦的。食材雖然不是很頂級,但是該表現的味道都很到位。我到鐵板燒最愛點雞排,可以看看店家是不是認真調理。雞排還沒放到嘴裡,香氣就很明白的讓你覺得好吃。外皮酥雞肉嫩,搭不搭配黑胡椒醬都好吃。另外大家都推薦的松板豬,也是口味很棒。不過搭配他們特別的蘋果醬,肉的香味更顯得獨特。其實用餐中也觀察到,很多料理都會搭配果醬,口味真的都令人印象深刻。至於主餐升級成海陸,感覺其實還好。但是裡面的干貝,又鮮又香而且肉質飽滿。其實蠻值得單點的一道菜。三品的牛小排,出餐的擺盤就像是英式下午茶。我喜歡咖哩醬汁的部分,因為把肉香跟甜味都帶出了。我太太喜歡泰式的部分。整體來說肉雖然比不上和牛,但是牛小排該有的鮮甜都有了。我們也點了龍蝦,我想新鮮是沒話說的。我們還有一種,前一陣子到沖繩吃的龍蝦鐵板燒是浪費錢的感覺。最後的甜點是鬆餅,蛋香味很足再搭上藍莓與百香果醬,劃下一個完美的句點。我想店家的料理手法很不錯,不會像一些鐵板燒從頭到尾,出的菜都是奶油跟胡椒醬的味道。也難怪這家店可以經營超過20個年頭。

As for the main meal upgraded to land and sea, I feel really good. But the scallops inside are fresh and fragrant and full of flesh. In fact, it is worth a single dish. The three-in-one beef platoon is like an English afternoon tea. I like the part of the curry sauce because it brings out the meat and sweetness. My wife likes the Thai part. On the whole, although the meat can't compare with the cow, the beef small row has some sweetness. We also ordered lobsters, I think there is nothing to say about freshness. We also have a feeling that lobster teppanyaki eaten in Okinawa a while ago is a waste of money. The final dessert is a muffin with a scent of egg and a blueberry and passionate jam for a perfect ending. I think the store's cooking techniques are very good. It doesn't look like some teppanyaki from start to finish. The dishes are creamy and peppery. It is no wonder that this store can operate for more than 20 years.

某日偶然經過而踏入,不知是不是時段的關係,店內只有我一位客人。 擺盤精緻,服務態度親切良好,用餐環境寬敞舒適(廢話只有我而仔),味道中上,忘了價格,經營者似乎很喜歡凱蒂貓的樣子。
One day I passed by accidentally and stepped in. I don't know if it is due to the time of day. There is only one customer in the store. The dishes are exquisite, the service is friendly and good, the dining environment is spacious and comfortable (nonsense is me), the taste is moderate, forget the price, the operator seems to like the look of Hello Kitty.
