The bun skin is not Q and has little filling. Do n’t push, but it ’s not tasty. I just think that the Chi Mei Lugang meat buns from the Supermarket are delicious and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全麥饅頭外形很棒，上面似乎放了麩皮，個頭也很大，吃完有飽足感；蔓越莓和堅果捲份量很夠，味道還不錯。
但是全麥饅頭太甜了，真的太甜了，吃完喉嚨都還會齁甜著。吃全麥就是為了健康，建議就不要放糖或放少一點。
口感的部分，有軟有彈，但還不足以到紮實、在口中回彈的程度，咬的並不過癮，太細緻了。

But whole wheat buns are too sweet, really too sweet, and the throat will still be sweet after eating. Eating whole grains is just for your health. It is recommended not to put sugar or put a little less.
The part of the taste is soft and elastic, but not solid enough to rebound in the mouth. The bite is not addictive, it is too detailed.
