除了食物本身,龍獅對我還有什麼?
算算時間,在吃了龍獅也已經有10年左右了。
當初的龍獅,位於中興路上,
那時候的台灣打著牛排吃到飽的經營模式,
印象中是寥寥無幾,當時還是大學生的我,
體力旺盛,每次去都是在比牛排誰吃的多。
有過那種運動後很飢餓很飢餓的狀態,
心中滿滿的衝動就是為了龍獅。
他們上牛排前會灑上一些牛油增加香氣,
也許你會因為他的牛排有點硬,
在鐵板上太久而逐漸全熟而感到生氣?
不可否認,自己也曾有過類似的問題。
不過後來找到了一個很簡單的方式解決,
也許三分熟+鐵板=五六分熟的牛排。
或者,鐵盤換成盤子也可。或者跟現場人員溝通..等等。
從沒有吃一家店,吃到學會自己去控制如何吃想要的熟度,
一家紅茶很好喝,炸豬排的厚度足夠漂亮,
蘑菇醬料跟黑胡椒醬料經過十年一樣味道。
龍獅本身也做了很多努力跟調整,
除了換了新的地點繼續經營以外,
他們也是著從熟成的方式來經營改善,
你能想像冷氣得出風口位於男性小便池的感應器中嗎?
他們盡力的想要做好一切都是為了讓顧客願意買單。
當然也許會覺得食物的價值達不到那個等級,
也可能覺得cp值很高,每個人的看法不同。
如果你也吃了這家店很多年了,
那吃的可能不是食物本身,
更多的是龍獅所承載的回憶,
許多曾經與親朋好友用餐的時光。
事隔一年多了,龍獅重新開始新的吃到飽服務,
我也是隔了一年多才再次進去用餐。
其中一位阿姨見到我,
笑著說:「你很久沒來了喔」。
我是在地人,
私心希望他一直可以經營下去這個「回憶」跟」味道」。

也參與他們前後從吃到飽、單點、外帶便當間變換經營方式的歷程。
看了網上一些評論,老實說心裡有些酸酸的,
這裡或許稱不上是最好,吃到飽能吃的量也確實有限。
但就環境、餐點跟服務態度,綜合起來還是值得拿五顆星,希望他們繼續加油!
PS:即便是吃到飽,現今疫情食材取得也不易,店家的單提供不算少,收單送餐時間也尚可,點餐時請量力而為。
