★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 說到這家方塊酥,相信老一輩的人比較清楚其歷史,是一家真正的百年老店,應該是在日治時期創立的,依稀記得其歷史扯上了日本天皇之類....
然而為何稱為"總統"方塊酥呢?我也有點忘了.
他們原本是在光彩街的樣子(25年前),後來搬到此地址,大約10年前左右,因為年紀大的因素,把招牌給了親戚傳承,不過此店址還是有販售,真的熟門熟路的饕客,絕對不會漏掉這一家.

總統方塊酥真正的歷史,可能還是詢問上海路這邊的老店家比較清楚,朋友們若有機會前往嘉義,可別忘了這家.
