來嘉義旅遊,嚐嚐生炒鴨肉的滋味,感覺不錯~:) 很喜歡他們的小菜,像是綜合沙拉、和風過貓,還有杏仁等,搭配炒麵與羹,味道感覺不說~

很南部的口味,自己是很喜歡 但焿類味道偏很甜,也有燒焦味。不過桌上皆附有醋與辣粉可以自行添加

頭一次吃生炒鴨肉,個人感覺鍋氣之香很吸引人,品嚐也為之驚艷,個人認為不曾吃到這麼香氣迷人的炒物 建議商家在門口管控入內用餐的客人,不然客人入內自己找位置,然而店家收拾人力有限,往往客人在餐桌旁站許久卻未見有人來收拾,希望商家能有專人在外場做關注掌控,聯絡店內人手做即時的處理才有效率

價格合理、附近好停車,服務人員也滿友善的. 整體而言鴨肉羹沒有奇怪的腥味,麵條的硬度很讚,吃到最後也不會感覺軟爛,肉眼可見炒香過的洋蔥,羹裡有筍絲,口味也算帶著南部的甜,整碗吃起來有一個不知道是鍋香氣或是焦香味,滿特別的,吃到後來竟讓人因為這股焦香味想再來一趟! 桌上的辣味粉可以提升香氣,增加風味。

Pretty traditional southern Taiwanese comfort food. It's on the sweet side and with the taste of vinegar. It's not an eye opener, but it's food that reminds me of my childhood eating out with Dad.
