★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的很糟糕。打電話問兌幣到幾點，跟我說十點，九點半去跟我說不能兌，然後就不理人了，令人火大的櫃檯，官網的申訴管道甚至沒有嘉義秀泰店。

機台有問題彩票不出來，有在工作的女工讀生已經用對講機通知了，裡面的人寧願在那邊聊天，也不願意出來處理，穿白色衣服的男生看起來是主管，在裡面對這種情況也置之不理，一起摸魚，真狂

機台沒有到很多，但夠玩。代幣都還滿新的，沒有賭博區，沒煙味。畢竟是小小百貨內，還滿乾淨的。服務人員也滿有禮貌跟態度佳。
