現在已不多見
素香菇餅尤其有名
舊址在老家附近 每年到中秋節就會傳來陣陣炒香菇的香氣
除了香菇餅以外也有販售其他的傳統餅類
感覺是家族傳承經營
人手不是太多而且數量有限
我結婚的喜餅在與太太討論後也是用這家的
樸實但誠意滿滿的餡料
層層分明的外皮
唯獨一個缺點就是無法久放
但這也許就是天然的證明
老闆應該現在已經是傳到第二/三代
靦腆又親切
雖然現在住在北部為主
但只要回去可以的話總是會帶上幾分回來回味
