★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確實有之前嘉義火車站前的味道，蔥油餅不推，不酥不脆，粉蒸排骨及牛肉麵味道有傳承下來，尤其是牛肉湯裏的薑是特點。
It does have the taste of Chiayi Railway Station before. The scallion pancakes are not pushed, not crispy or crispy. The flavors of steamed pork ribs and beef noodles have been passed down, especially the ginger in the beef soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭偏鹹，孩子不喜歡；麻醬麵還好，麵條夠Q，有學生時代火車站前知名麵館的味道。
The soup is too salty and the children don't like it; the sesame sauce noodles are okay, the noodles are Q-quality, and it has the taste of the famous noodle shop in front of the train station when I was a student.

到現場卻完全沒煮我的麵
電話有詢問，因為我本來想外帶
電話那頭說內用可以等我一下下
打烊是8點
我7點45到 完全沒煮
到現場 老闆跟阿姨卻跟我說只能10分鐘，10分鐘後是八點，我能吃的完嗎？
整個用吞的 感覺有夠差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉湯麵的湯頭很棒，還有一點薑味，粉蒸排骨也不錯吃，滿滿的肉底下不會有地瓜，蔥油餅比較紮實一些，有點硬。牛肉麵的肉是牛腱，個人不愛就略過囉。
The beef noodle soup has a great soup with a little ginger flavor. The steamed pork ribs are also delicious. There will be no sweet potatoes under the full meat. The scallion pancakes are firmer and a bit hard. The beef noodle meat is beef tendon. If you don't like it, you can skip it.

原在嘉義火車站站前中山路光南位置的旁邊，後因老舊平房屋宅拆除兼老闆娘身體需休養，停業了好久，直到有一日意外路過興達路發現熟悉的店名，這才找回曾經懷念的滋味！
非常的珍惜～
From snacks to big, irreplaceable old noodle shop!
Originally located next to the Guangnan location on Zhongshan Road in front of Chiayi Railway Station, it was closed for a long time due to the demolition of the old bungalow house and the proprietor's body needed to recuperate. It was not until one day when I accidentally passed Xingda Road and found a familiar store name, I was able to find it. The taste of nostalgia!
